Concert Fundraiser a BIG Success
From busking at the Farmer’s Market to singing at the Winspear Concert Hall, Martin Kerr has sung his way into the hearts of Edmonton music lovers.
Martin and his guitar were guests of Edmonton Community of Christ at a World Accord fundraiser on October 12th. Ticket sales from the event totaled $2,200 (with $2348 received in additional donations) with total proceeds of $4,548 going to World Accord.
A beautiful table runner handmade in Guatemala was provided by World Accord for a door prize. Following the concert there was an opportunity to visit with Martin and guests over coffee and cake in the fellowship hall.
It was an outstanding event.
